Arne Slot has provided a positive update on Alexander Isak's recovery following a long-term injury layoff, though the Liverpool boss warned that fans will have to wait a little longer to see the striker back in action. The Swedish international has been sidelined since December after undergoing surgery on a fractured fibula.Isak is finally closing in on a return to the Liverpool first team, but Slot has confirmed that the club’s record signing is facing at least another week on the sidelines. He will not be available for Saturday (away at Brighton) as well.
