Comments from Napoli’s sporting director just a few hours before the match against Cagliari.Napoli’s sporting director, Giovanni Manna, gave an interview to DAZN in which, just a few hours before the Serie A matchday 30 fixture against Cagliari, he discussed a number of topics, including Kevin De Bruyne’s return to action, the significance of the return of several key players, and the future of Scott McTominay and manager Antonio Conte.Below are the sporting director’s full comments.First and foremost, sporting director Manna focused on the return of the Belgian player, formerly of Manchester City: "Unfortunately for us, he’s coming off a long spell on the sidelines. He’s back in good shape and in good condition. He’s worked hard, but to say he’s better than when he arrived… That’s difficult; he hasn’t played for four months. He’s a champion, he’s intelligent, and I’m sure he can give us a hand in these matches"."We’re certainly pleased to have them back; we’ve been without them for almost the entire season. He has the qualities we were looking for to improve our team and support the manager.
